Return and Refund Policy

01. Returns:

Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged or are not in their original packaging.

02. Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to payment within 2-5 business days after we receive your returned item.

03. Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the item.

04. Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at Contact Us page/Call Us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return.
