If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to payment within 2-5 business days after we receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the item.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at Contact Us page/Call Us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return.
